The theme for this event is extremely topical as it focusses
on resilience in relation to our built heritage. Participants will learn how
key organisations within the UK and Europe have responded to and are coping
with recent events – the impacts of COVID and of course climate change being at
the forefront of these issues.

This course aims to raise awareness of the significance of PRECON not only for Korean construction market but also for all personnel in the industry, to understand core values of PRECON by exploring project management methods and overseas cases, and to encourage application in practice.

This course will cover;

> Meaning of project success in the aspect of customer satisfaction

> Understanding of design management through exploring the significance of planning and PRECON activities in each phase

> Construction period reduction through PRECON activities and representative cases

> Future trend in construction project management based on smart technology and latest construction methods
